October 17th, three:27 pm, Case # 0851993 - Young, white adolescent 18 yo suspected of theft violently resists apprehension by loss prevention officer. Loss prevention officer is forced to tie suspects wrists to chair inside order to ensure safety. Suspect is informed that she has been caught on camera stealing an elder customers purse.
