Suspect was combative and had to be restrained. Suspect was known to flee the clip of previous thefts. Police involvement was imminent. Suspect asked to satisfy have their hand unrestrained into order to persuade the LP officer to enact alternate forms of punishment. Situation was handled locally inside store and police were not called.
